Rehab is when YOU change your body for the better!

What is Dynamic Rehabilitation?

The nervous and musculoskeletal system establishes programs that control human posture, movement and gait. With proper evaluation and treatment that Dr. Casey can provide, your body can restore function of the locomotor system and associated systems. Dynamic neuromuscular (core) stability is necessary for optimal performance which is accomplished through precise coordination of muscles and intra‐abdominal pressure regulated by the central nervous system. Just strengthening a muscle or your abdominals alone will not enhance overall core stability. A more dynamic approach that assesses movement to determine where muscles need to be activated, and the approach to focus on intra-abdominal pressure is key to stabilize where necessary and to optimize movement of the body.
