Movement is Everything, Movement is Life!

What is Muscle/Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle in place. In addition to providing internal support, fascia has nerve endings that make it almost as sensitive as skin. Ideally, muscles should be soft and supple, free of knots or trigger points, and possess full extensibility and range of motion. Muscle/fascial stretch therapy targets these muscles and surrounding fascia. It works to improve the mobility of nerves and soft tissue structures by focusing on the fascial lines that travel through and surround the muscles, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in the body.
